Upon acceptance of your event proposal we request a 50% minimum deposit to secure your date and goods. The remander amount is due with the competeion of your event or upon delivery. Please make all checks payable to Jen Swan, or you can use Zelle (2078381055), cashapp ($littlebeetchef) or Venmo @Jen_Swan_30 .For larger corporate accounts I do have an account with square, but because of high fees to use this service there is an additional 3.5% added to the total to cover the cost of using a credit card. Its unfortunate but for large transactions it is quite alot for independent users to absorb. Thank you for your understanding.
- Cancellations must be made no later than two weeks in advance for a full deposit refund. If cancellations are made closer than one week to the event only a partial deposit will be refunded.
- Refunds are fully up to the discretion of the company and are given with good reason.
- Changes to number of guests, the event theme, menu and space are acceptable up to one week prior to your event.
- Once proposal is finalized (that one week prior to event date) the number of guests listed is the final number of guests I prepare for. Therfore the number of guests listed is what is charged, regardless of guest count at the event, unless it far exceeds the discussed number of attendees and then additional charges will be added for additional guests.
